Scope

These terms apply to ManiCheck purchases and use of the ManiCheck storefront. Shopify provides the commerce platform; it is not the seller of ManiCheck products. You must have legal capacity to place an order and provide accurate payment, contact and delivery information.

Products and safe use

Follow the instructions supplied with each pack, including expiry dates, storage, supported substances and drink types, reading time and result interpretation. Drink screening has limitations: a negative or unclear result does not establish that a drink is safe, and a positive screening result is not conclusive proof of contamination. Do not use a result to disregard a safety concern. Product illustrations do not establish performance or guarantee protection.

Prices and orders

The currency and total payable are shown before payment. Review the selected pack, delivery details and applicable taxes before placing an order. Optional paid services require your choice. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; if we cannot fulfil it, we will promptly tell you and refund any payment for unfulfilled items. We do not change an accepted price without your agreement.

Delivery and refunds

Standard shipping is free to supported destinations. Preparation is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit at 4–8 business days. Our shipping policy and 30-day money-back guarantee and returns policy explain the details.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or interfere with security. Content rights remain with their respective owners. Third-party links are provided for convenience and have their own terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning defective goods, fraud or personal injury where applicable. No term forces you to waive mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your place of residence. Contact us if you have a concern; this does not limit other remedies.

Changes

Updates apply prospectively. The version accepted when you purchased governs that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Personal information is handled as explained in our privacy policy.
