Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every ManiCheck pack, with no minimum order value, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the following European destinations: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Availability for your delivery address is confirmed at checkout.

Preparation and delivery

Order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Transit usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; any specific delivery commitment agreed with you remains applicable.

Tracking and delivery details

Where tracking is available, we provide it with the dispatch notification. Check your address before ordering. If it needs correction, contact us immediately with your order number; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays, loss and damage

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will contact you with an updated date and the cancellation or refund options required by law. We will obtain consent to a delay where required. If a parcel is lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.

Taxes and customs

Free shipping covers the standard delivery charge. It does not by itself mean that import duties or taxes are included. Applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Any separately payable import charges must be disclosed before purchase where required; ask us before ordering if the treatment for your destination is unclear. We will not add an undisclosed shipping fee after you order.
