30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund of the product price within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with your ManiCheck purchase. Email higsquil@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned. Reasonable use to try the product does not automatically exclude this guarantee. We will explain whether remaining items need to be returned and provide instructions. Do not send parcels to our business address without instructions.

Return costs and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law places it on us. We cover return costs for incorrect, damaged or defective goods where a return is required. We provide the return destination and instructions before you arrange shipping. No restocking fee applies. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We process refunds without undue delay, within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first; if no return is required, within 14 days after confirming the refund. Mandatory shorter deadlines take priority. Your bank may need additional processing time.

EU and UK cancellation rights

Where applicable, you may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Tell us clearly by email or post within that period, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may use the form below, but it is optional. Our approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

For statutory withdrawal, we reimburse payments including standard outbound delivery, excluding any extra cost of a more expensive delivery service you chose, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; any deduction for excessive handling must be permitted by law. We do not apply a blanket hygiene exclusion to all opened products.

Incorrect, faulty or damaged items

Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help, but are not an absolute condition for a valid legal claim. The 30-day guarantee does not limit statutory rights relating to faulty goods, non-delivery or misleading descriptions. Remedies and their duration depend on applicable consumer law, including rights in Canada, the United States, the EU, the UK and Australia.
